Job Specification:
In this role you will examine the CVs of people who are looking for work and you will verify the honesty and integrity of the information contained on these CVs by contacting previous employers/ schools etc.. You must be an effective communicator who has excelled in call centre, telesales, market research or general customer service work. You will spend approximately two thirds of your time on the telephone and one third updating records. Fluency in more than one language is a plus.
